CREATE + CONNECT: Family Studio is designed for children and caregivers to slow down, create side by side, and enjoy a relaxed studio experience together.

This is not a drop-off class.
It is not a birthday party.
It is not about making something perfect.

It is a warm, welcoming creative gathering where families can connect through making.

Each month features a seasonal theme and a small menu of thoughtfully prepared creative project options.

Families choose their projects when they arrive.

How It Works

Families reserve their spot with a maker deposit, then choose from a small menu of creative projects during the gathering.

This keeps the experience flexible and family-friendly.

You might choose something simple and playful, something layered and artful, or something a little more involved. Siblings can choose different projects, and caregivers can participate in whatever way feels right for their child.

Project Menu

Each month’s project menu may include a mix of:

Quick Makes
Simple, satisfying projects for younger makers or families who want something light and playful.

Studio Makes
More complete projects with layered materials and enough depth for both kids and grown-ups.

Slow Makes
More involved projects with special materials, extra detail, or a slower creative process.

Project prices vary depending on materials and project choice.

What to Expect

Family Studio is warm, relaxed, and thoughtfully prepared.

Think cozy tables, music, seasonal materials, and creative choices that invite families to make together.

Caregivers stay and create alongside their child. No art experience is needed, and there is no pressure to do it “the right way.”

Best For

Family Studio is best for children ages 4–10 with a caregiver.

Younger siblings are welcome with hands-on caregiver support. Older siblings are welcome if they enjoy making and being part of a family-centered creative space.

Rhythm

2:00–2:20 PM
Arrive, settle in, look at the project menu, and choose materials.

2:20–3:30 PM
Create at your own pace with guidance and support as needed.

3:30–3:50 PM
Add finishing touches & admire everyone’s work

3:50–4:00 PM
Clean up together, gather projects, and say goodbye.
