PARTY TIME

Celebrate With Us at Dot to Dot Art Workshop!

What’s Included:

• Exclusive use of our studio

• An age-appropriate art activity, a welcome meeting with your party crew, and fun music
  (Depending on the age group, we may also include story time!)

• All paper goods provided – tablecloth, plates, napkins, utensils

• Party planning support – we’ll help structure the celebration and lead the art activities

What You Provide:

• Cake or cupcakes, candles, snacks, and beverages
  (Nut-free, please! Note: we do not have a freezer or fridge for ice cream or perishables)

Party Details:

• Duration: 1.5 hours

• Availability: Saturdays & select Sundays

• Guest Capacity: 10 guests recommended; maximum of 15 (drop-off only)

• Drop-off encouraged for all ages

• Doors open to host family 20 minutes before for setup

Pricing:

• $350 for up to 10 children

• $15 per additional child (maximum of 15 total)
  Siblings who participate in the activity are counted as guests

• $75 deposit required to reserve your date

• Remaining balance due on the day of the party

Policies:

• A $75 non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking and will be applied to your total balance

• Final payment is due at the event – all sales are final

• In the event of a cancellation, we’ll do our best to reschedule your party to a new date

• Host family may arrive 20 minutes early for setup

• Art is messy! Please remind your guests to dress for creative mess

• Drop-off is strongly encouraged – we have limited space, and we like to keep the focus on the kids!

• Please inform us in advance of any allergies or medical needs so we can help keep all guests safe and comfortable

• We aim for smooth sailing, of course – but if behavior challenges arise, we appreciate families working with us as a team to support a positive experience for everyone
