Celebrate With Us at Dot to Dot Art Workshop!

Make your child’s birthday unforgettable with a creative celebration in our studio. We provide the space, the art, and the fun—you bring the treats and the guests!

What’s Included

• Exclusive use of our studio

• Guided art activity tailored to the age group, plus a welcome circle and fun music (younger groups may also enjoy story time!)

• All paper goods – tablecloth, plates, napkins, utensils

• Party planning support – we’ll help structure your celebration and lead the activities so you can relax and enjoy

What You Provide

• Cake or cupcakes, candles, snacks, and beverages (nut-free, please!)

• Please note: we do not have a freezer or fridge for ice cream or perishables

Party Details

• Duration: 1.5 hours

• Availability: Saturdays, 10–11:30am or 1–2:30pm

• Guest Capacity: Recommended 10 guests; maximum 15 (drop-off only if at max)

• Setup Time: Host family may arrive 20 minutes early

Pricing

• $350 for up to 10 children

• $15 for each additional guest (maximum of 15)

• $75 deposit required to reserve your date (applied to balance)

• Remaining balance due on the day of the party

Siblings who participate in the activity count as guests.

Policies

• $75 non-refundable deposit required at booking

• Final payment due at event – all sales final

• We’ll do our best to reschedule if you need to cancel

• Please remind guests to dress for mess – art is meant to get a little messy!

• Drop-off is strongly encouraged due to limited space and to keep the focus on the kids

• Please inform us of any allergies or medical needs in advance

• If behavior challenges arise, we’ll work together with families to support a positive experience
