With a studio rental, you are reserving the space rather than partnering with Dot to Dot to offer a public program. Renters manage their own participants, registration, payments, communication, promotion, instruction, setup, and cleanup unless additional support has been arranged.

Bright, cheerful, and full of personality, Dot to Dot Art Workshop is a welcoming spot for your next creative gathering.
Our studio features a sunny bay window, cozy chairs gathered around a colorful rug, a snack-ready island with two vintage spinning stools, and a lively collection of resident plants, including Soleil, Señor Price, Tally Parton, Miss Yvonne, and Leafy Gaga.
The space also includes a clean restroom, utility sink, Keurig with milk, non-dairy creamer, and sweeteners, plus rolling carts of art supplies available as an optional add-on.
Fun, warm, and vintage-inspired, Dot to Dot is a space where people can gather, create, and feel at home.
STUDIO RESERVATION OPTIONS
PRIVATE USE
Meetings, Client Sessions, or Art Therapy Sessions Led by a Qualified Professional
$50 for a one-hour session for one-on-one or small-group use of up to 6 guests.
The reservation includes:
Up to 15 minutes before the session for basic setup
One hour of meeting or client time
Up to 15 minutes afterward for cleanup
Includes tables, chairs, restroom access, and basic utilities. Light use of studio art materials is available for an additional $10 per reservation.
The studio is self-service. Renters are responsible for leaving the space clean and returning furniture and supplies to their original locations.
Additional session time is available for $40 per hour.
INDEPENDENT SMALL GROUP OR CLASS
$150 for a two-hour independently organized workshop, private group class, or creative meet-up of up to 10–12 guests.
The reservation includes:
Up to 30 minutes before the class for setup
Two hours of class or gathering time
Up to 30 minutes afterward for cleanup
Includes access to agreed-upon non-consumable studio supplies such as scissors, paintbrushes, palettes, water containers, and aprons.
Renters are responsible for managing their own participants, registration, payments, communication, promotion, instruction, setup, and cleanup.
Standard table and chair setup and basic cleanup assistance may be provided by Dot to Dot staff for an additional $30. Extensive decorating, project preparation, supply setup, or unusually involved cleanup may require additional staff time.
Additional class time is available for $60 per hour.
PRIVATE EVENT OR PARTY
Studio Only
$200 for a 1.5-hour private event for up to 10 guests. Additional guests are $10 each, with a maximum of 15 guests.
The reservation includes:
Up to 30 minutes before the event for personal setup and decorating
1.5 hours of event time
Up to 30 minutes afterward for removing decorations, food, and personal belongings
Also included are exclusive use of the studio, standard table and chair setup, final studio reset by Dot to Dot staff, a snack-ready island, utility sink, restroom access, and studio amenities such as a Keurig, milk, non-dairy creamer, and sweeteners.
Renters are responsible for decorations, food service, activities, guest supervision, and leaving the space free of food, decorations, and personal belongings.
Please note: This is a studio-only reservation. Art activities, project materials, extensive decorating, food service, and guided instruction are not included.
OPTIONAL ADD-ONS
Additional setup or cleanup time: $20 per 30 minutes
Rolling carts of art supplies: $25–$50, depending on the project and materials requested. Projects and supply needs must be approved in advance.
Additional staff support: Starting at $30 per hour, depending on the type and level of support needed.
Guided art instruction: Priced separately based on the project, materials, number of participants, and length of the event.
